Helius was informed on 27th April 2007, that Mr David Sonnenberg's wife has purchased 125,000 ordinary shares at 24p per share. Following this transaction, Mr Sonnenberg is interested in 7,258,466 ordinary 1p shares, representing approximately 10.39 per cent of the Company's issued share capital
