The Company was informed yesterday that Mr Alex Worrall, Non Executive Chairman, has purchased 26,065 Ordinary Shares at a price of 37.4p per share. The shares are registered in the name of AD Worrall Life Settlement Trust, of which Mr Worrall is a beneficiary.
Following this transaction, Mr Worrall is interested in 10,836,335 Ordinary 1p Shares, which represents approximately 15.16 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
