LONDON (Thomson Financial) - Helius Energy PLC said non-executive chairman Alex Worrall has bought 25,655 shares in the renewable energy company at 38 pence per share, lifting his stake to 10.81 mln shares or about 15.12 pct.
The company said the shares are registered in the name of AD Worall Life Settlement Trust, of which Worrall is a beneficiary.
