Helius Energy PLC said, at its request, it has received information from General Capital Group PLC concerning share trades made by the latter's General Capital Venture Finance Ltd unit.
Helius said that GCVF sold a total of 1.6 mln shares at prices ranging from 33.5 pence to 40p apiece in eight transactions between January 31 and June 1, taking its stake to 6.9 pct from 8.7 pct.
Helius also issued 384,615 shares to GCVF at 26 pence each on February 1 in settlement of a fee in the amount of 100,000 stg which became due to General Capital for the provision of 1.75 mln stg of secured convertible loan notes.
