Helius Energy plc
("Helius" or "the Company")
Holding(s) in Company On 25 July 2007, Helius announced that the Company believed that General Capital Venture Finance Limited ("GCVF"), a company of which a former Helius non executive director, Jonathan Hill, was also a director and significant shareholder, had made a number of trades in Helius shares, and that details of the prices at which the bargains took place would be notified as soon as they were known. GCVF is a subsidiary of General Capital Group plc ("General Capital") which is listed on AIM. On 31 July 2007, Helius announced that Jonathan Hill had resigned as a director of the Company.
At Helius's request, General Capital has now notified Helius of the dealings, the details of which are as follows:

The above dates are different from those disclosed on 25 July as these latter dates were taken from the Company's register at the point when the transfers were effected, which were later than the actual dealing dates.
