This is not an opportunity for the faint hearted, it’s for project engineers who want more than to be sat at a cad station or pawing over Gantt charts behind a desk, it will suit engineers who wish to be involved in all aspects of the business in this diverse very project based role.
Ideally candidates will be qualified to higher degree level and have good interpersonal skills. But as long as you have an excellent appreciation for the commercial aspects of project engineering, and are more than willing to train and develop, this is an excellent opportunity for you.
You will be initially working with experts, but from there you will be given assignments that will provide career development to ensure candidates with the right ability will progress to senior management level in this diverse and challenging industry.
